It has been a very long time since the website was last updated, quite a poor effort on my part! The same cannot be said of progress in the workshop, which has seen quite a few changes. For one is the conversion of my Sherline mill to a CNC machine, as well as the completion (nearly) of 'Powerhouse', and starting work on the Edwards 5 Radial engine.
Above are a couple of pictures of Powerhouse. This was completed in March '04, but has yet to be run. There is a cooling shroud to be made for the cylinder, which will be cut-out from brass sheet using the CNC mill, then soldered together.
Shown here are some parts from the Edwards Radial engine. A lot of the smaller parts have been made; Larger items such as the crankcase are still to be turned.
